Four patients with different multiple papillary and solid tumors offer the trainee the opportunity to practice performing a complete TURB procedure in a safe environment: remove bladder tumors in various locations ranging from easily accessible to difficult to reach locations, control bleeding and manage complications, and avoid perforating the thin bladder wall.
